What to Expect in a Medical Qigong Session
A Medical Qigong session is a gentle, supportive experience designed to help you relax, release tension, and restore balance within your energy system. Each session is personalized to your needs and energy state on the day.
Whether in-person in Jacksonville, Florida or through a remote session, the process is calm, intuitive, and deeply restorative.
Before Your Session
Before we begin, there is a brief conversation to understand how you are feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically. This helps guide the session and allows the work to be tailored specifically to you. You do not need any prior experience with Qigong or energy healing.
During the Session
You will typically lie down or sit comfortably while remaining fully clothed. The environment is calm and supportive, allowing your nervous system to naturally relax.
Depending on your needs, a session may include:
Gentle energy work to help release blockages
Guided breath awareness to calm the mind and body
Subtle movement or visualization (when appropriate)
Hands-on or hands-off energy guidance
Deep relaxation techniques to support nervous system regulation
